Formula 1 fans have tipped Sergio Perez to hang on to his Red Bull seat and again partner Max Verstappen next season.
The Mexican is in the final year of his contract with the team, with a handful of drivers jockeying to grab the seat if an opportunity arises.
Perez has started the season strongly with a pair of second-place finishes, following home team leader Verstappen in Red Bull’s ideal scenario.
Red Bull could elect to drop Perez in favour of a stronger candidate, or the six-time grand prix winner could even opt to retire after making his F1 debut in 2011.
RacingNews365 asked you, the fans, who you believe will be in the RB21 alongside Verstappen – assuming he stays of course – and incumbent Perez came out on top.
But behind him, it was a close battle between Verstappen’s old Toro Rosso team-mate Sainz and former Red Bull team-mate Daniel Ricciardo.
